The story of Kundali Bhagya serial’s opening episode features two sisters, Preeta and Srishti. Together with their father, they lived in a little village. When they were tiny, their mother left. Following the death of their father, they desired to find and reconnect with their mother. So they started their search for her in Bombay. A doctor named Preeta was called in to take care of the Luthra family’s grandma. Her youngest son, Karan, took a shine to her.
Their eldest son Rishabh is a businessman like Preeta, and they have a light love relationship. Despite having a close romantic relationship, Karan and Preeja never told each other how they felt. After all, they were just good pals. Sherlyn was meant to wed Rishabh, but she was unfaithful, having an affair. After finding out about the marriage, Karan and Preeja tried to end it and get her out, but they were unsuccessful, and the marriage went through.In this instance, Rakhi is thrilled to meet Preeta and inquires as to why and how her saree tore.
Preeta replies that Mr. Karan Luthra tore it. He gets a call from Rakhi and is surprised to see Preeta there. Preeta doesn’t answer when Rakhi, who is astonished, asks her what’s going on. Though unable to generate many of them, Preeta begins to experience flashbacks. Her migraines suddenly become unbearable. Karan is told to take care of Preeta while Rakhi deals with the goons who are searching for her.
